We focus on developing strong technological partnerships with both industry and service sectors and aim to provide our research, training and consultancy partners with high quality deliverables and educational programmes that have beneficial impacts at both strategic and operational levels. Our areas of expertise include design, implementation and sustainment of lean 6-sigma practices, work systems improvement using discrete event simulation and creative problem solving, and the application of artificial intelligence modeling to improving operations planning and scheduling.
